Kimberly Romine, Deputy Commissioner
Kimberly Romine is the Deputy Commissioner in the Administration for Native Americans (ANA) with over 30 years in government service, 26 years with the Bureau of Indian Affairs in acquisition. Ms. Romine has been with the Department of Health and Human Services at ANA since 2004. Ms. Romine has extensive experience working with contracts and grants, interpreting regulations and writing policy. Within ANA, Ms. Romine is responsible for providing policy direction and guidance related to tribal sovereignty, tribal consultation, inter-Departmental relations, and Native cultural competency. She is a member of the Seneca Nation and resides in Stafford, VA.
