The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) provides funding opportunities through grants, cooperative agreements, and contracts to strengthen prevention, victim identification, and services to survivors of human trafficking.  Funding opportunities are based on the annual HHS budget, including specific appropriations on human trafficking determined by U.S. Congress and any discretionary funds that programs and offices may allocate towards anti-trafficking efforts. ACF and other federal agencies provide an annual report on the use of funds appropriated for responses to human trafficking.
