The Administration for Children and Families offers a wide-range of resources and training materials to build the capacity of service providers and communities to respond to human trafficking as it intersects with multiple systems:

National Human Trafficking Resource Center (NHTRC) is a national, toll-free hotline, available to answer calls and texts from anywhere in the country, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year.  The NHTRC is operated by Polaris, a non-profit, non-governmental organization working exclusively on the issue of human trafficking. Call 1-888-373-7888 or text BeFree (233733).

The ACF Case Manager Tool provides a guide of resources for service providers assisting human trafficking victims.  Nutrition, housing, job development, and other federal and state supports are provided based on eligibility criteria. *This tool is currently under construction and is constantly being updated.

Runaway and Homeless Youth Training and Technical Assistance Center (RHYTTAC) is the training and technical assistance provider for all runaway and homeless youth grantees.  RHYTTAC is operated by National Safe Place and offers a Human Trafficking Resources List for runaway and homeless youth programs. 

Domestic Violence Resource Network (DVRN), includes two national resource centers, four special issue resource centers, three culturally-specific Institutes, and the National Domestic Violence Hotline. The DVRN works collaboratively to promote practices and strategies to improve our nation’s response to domestic violence and make safety and justice not just a priority, but also a reality.  The Asian & Pacific Islander Institute on Domestic Violence is one of the resource centers that has specific training and information available on human trafficking.

Child Welfare Information Gateway connects child welfare and related professionals to comprehensive information and resources to help protect children and strengthen families. The Gateway has a list of resources specifically on human trafficking of children to connect concerned individuals to organizations addressing the issue.
