2016 Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE) Program Grant Awards

Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE) seeks to educate youth on how to voluntarily refrain from non-marital sexual activity and prevent other youth risk behaviors. SRAE grantees will provide youth with medically accurate and evidence-based education on the benefits of voluntary self-regulation and risk avoidance skills, while maintaining an approach steeped in Positive Youth Development. Information and activities must also be age-appropriate and culturally competent.
