This is a Modification to the Partnership to Strengthen Families: Child Support Enforcement/Temporary Assistance for Needy Families/University Partnership Demonstration Project Program Announcement, HHS-2008-ACF-OCSE-FD-0093 published to the ACF Grant Opportunities webpage on 06/25/2009. The application procedures are hereby modified. Summary: The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Child Support Enforcement, (OCSE), invites applications from State Title IV-D agencies for Fiscal Year (FY) 2009 funding of activities intended to add to the knowledge and promote the objectives of the Child Support Enforcement Program under Section 1115 and Title IV-D of the Social Security Act. These projects would support partnerships among State Child Support Enforcement and TANF agencies and university scholars and researchers for research and data analyses to inform Title IV-D agency policy and program implementation and improve coordination with the Title IV-D agency partners.
