The Office of Community Services (OCS) supports the 3,000+ neighborhood-based Community Action Agencies (CAAs) and Community Development Corporations (CDCs) that address the economic and social needs of the urban and rural poor at the local level by providing grant monies and technical assistance to these organizations.
