This is a Notice of Modification to the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Training and Technical Assistance (T/TA) Program: Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and Other Asset Formation Opportunities program Announcement, HHS-2007-ACF-OCS-ET-0086, published to the ACF Grant Opportunities webpage on February 23, 2007. The application due date is hereby modified.

Summary:

The CSBG Training and Technical Assistance (T/TA) Program:  Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and Other Asset Formation Opportunities will fund up to 10 capacity-building collaborations that create or expand asset formation and financial literacy services offered by eligible entities funded under the CSBG program in support of National Community Action Goal "1" (Low Income People Become More Self-sufficient).

Modification to the published announcement:

In the Overview and in Section IV.3, Submission Dates and Times, please CHANGE the Due Date for Applications from 04/30/2007 to 05/04/2007.

All information in this notice of modification is accurate and is in place of information specified in the February 23, 2007 Program Announcement.  All other sections of the Program Announcement remain in effect as originally published.
