IT Division Data Collection Plan Worksheet

- Purpose:
- To plan the collection of IT Division data about the IT inventory, skills, strengths and weaknesses, and other pertinent observations.
- Instructions:
- Column 1 lists the IT entity. This includes key automated systems and IT organizational entities (programming, testing, project management, contracting, etc.).
- Column 2 lists the individual that is responsible for the collection of the entity information.
- Column 3 lists the individual(s) that will support the collection of the data.
- Column 4 lists sources of data (e.g., documents and points of contact).
- Column 5 provides schedule information, such as when the information is expected to be collected.
- Column 6 gives the current status.
- All possible IT stakeholder entities (interfacing systems, key individuals, or organizational structures) should be listed in the table.
