- To be able to prioritize based on requirements and mandates of the various interfaces.
- Establish needs for expansion, update, or replacement.
- Determine the agency's dependence on the interface.
- Instructions:
- Complete the following document for each interface process within the CSE organization.
- Utilize reference documents and regulations to determine whether or not an interface is required by a regulating agency.
- Upon completion of the worksheet, sort the interfaces by relative type and by the importance to the agency.
- This information will be utilized in determination of a strategy and priorities in building your strategic plan for technology.
