Mapping IT Initiatives to Strategic Goals

This matrix can be used to gain an understanding of the interfaces and how they relate to the HS Agency and IT Division's strategic goals. For each of the on-going and future interfaces, indicate whether the interface is critical to achieving the strategic goal (high), is a major contributor (medium) or has little strategic importance (low).
