Balanced Scorecard Method

Synopsis

The Balanced Scorecard approach was developed to address the need to establish a broad perspective of Enterprise performance rather than relying on traditional financial or accounting measures. The Balanced Scorecard can be applied during the Strategic Management for Human Services' IT activities to help translate overall HS Agency goals into appropriate IT performance measures.
