  A PowerPoint presentation of the training modules delivered to State TANF representatives during the State Systems Summit. The training included detailed descriptions of what is Enterprise Architecture, an explanation of the various models currently being used, and how to implement an Enterprise Architecture within a State government agency. • Strategies to Maximize Delivery of Services Within the Context of Budget Constraints
  A PowerPoint presentation of the training modules delivered to State TANF representatives during the State Systems Summit. The training focused on the establishment of a weighting system and a six step Maximization of Resources Model used for prioritizing program requirements in order to make educated decisions when it comes time for a reduction in funding.
