The training included detailed descriptions of what is Enterprise Architecture, an explanation of the various models currently being used, and how to implement an Enterprise Architecture within a State government agency.   • Strategies to Maximize Delivery of Services Within the Context of Budget Constraints
    A PowerPoint presentation of the training modules delivered to State TANF representatives during the State Systems Summit. The training focused on the establishment of a weighting system and a six step Maximization of Resources Model used for prioritizing program requirements in order to make educated decisions when it comes time for a reduction in funding.
