National Head Start Latino Institute, Albuquerque, New Mexico
ACF’s Head Start Bureau is hosting this conference to support the ongoing
involvement of Latino children and their families in Head Start and Early
Head Start migrant and seasonal programs. This is the first national Latino

National Network for Youth Symposium, Washington, D.C.
HHS’ assistant secretary for children and families, Dr. Wade F. Horn, gives the keynote speech at the National Network for Youth Symposium. Dr. Horn will comment on the Bush Administration’s programs which are designed to encourage positive youth development. “Thirty Years of Reflections and Revelations in Youth Services,” is the title of this event.
