Head Start’s National Research Conference on Early Childhood
Head Start's 12th National Research Conference on Early Childhood was held July 7-9, 2014, at the Grand Hyatt in Washington, D.C.
Please check back in Summer 2015 for information on the next Conference.
Since 1991, Head Start's Biennial National Research Conference on Early Childhood has provided professional recognition for the research field examining the needs of low income families with young children and the evidence-base for effective program services. The Conference supports the dialogue between researchers, policymakers and program and administrative staff. This active dialogue strengthens education for young children, brings the latest information to those establishing the national policies for low-income families, and contributes to the development or a meaningful research agenda in the early care and education field.
