PARIS Transmittal 2013-14: Veterans File Match Model Agreement

The Computer Matching Agreement Extension between the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and individual State Public Assistance Agencies has been approved.  State Public Assistance Agencies may extend for another 12 months, until October 14, 2014 their participation in the PARIS Veterans/SPAA computer match by returning a signed copy of the Model Agreement Extension document.  To make the signing process as expeditious as possible, we are asking each State to have an authorized representative sign this document and then send back an electronic copy to Tom Miller.

State Public Assistance Agencies are required to submit the new signed form in order to participate in the PARIS Veterans/SPAA computer matches starting with the November 8, 2013 match.  The new form template is attached to this transmittal VA CMA Model Agreement 2M 11052013 , VA CMA 1 year extension 11052013 and can also be downloaded from the PARIS website at

State Public Assistance Agencies that wish to participate in the PARIS Federal/SPAA computer match should refer to PARIS Transmittal 2013-8.
