The 2011 Congressional Report provides an impact analysis of 73 ANA projects that ended in 2011. Each year, ANA visits grantees to conduct onsite impact evaluations to assess the impact and effectiveness of ANA funding. During the impact visits, evaluators gather quantitative and qualitative information from project staff, beneficiaries, and community members in a variety of interview settings. The Congressional Report includes a brief summary of each project visited and an analysis of how ANA funding has impacted Native American communities.
