On March 5 and 6, 2012, the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) held its annual tribal consultation session in Washington, D.C. This session marked the first consultation held in accordance with the ACF Tribal Consultation policy signed in August 2011. Sixty-nine tribal leaders representing thirty-one tribes attended this session. This document shares ACF's responses to the testimony submitted at the session.
