Kenneth Akwuole, Senior Program Analyst
Kenneth Akwuole is a Senior Program Analyst in the Management Operations staff; his major tasks include preparing complex administrative and management reports, drafting reports that respond to Congressional inquiries, and advising managers and program officials on policies and procedures, including actions to be taken to accomplish work in accordance with established requirements.
Prior to joining the Department of Health and Human Services, Kenneth worked for the City of Baltimore Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) for 14 years. During this period, he held numerous positions with the Department, including Internal Auditor, Budget Director, and Assistant Commissioner for Early Childhood Development Programs. He is also an Adjunct Instructor of Microeconomics at Sojourner-Douglass College in Baltimore, Maryland. Kenneth received his Ph.D. from Howard University in Washington, DC.
