Notes: This chart shows the number of States that met the criteria for substantial conformity on each of the seven outcomes. Seven States achieved substantial conformity on Well Being Outcome 2 (providing educational services) Five States each achieved substantial conformity on Safety Outcome 1 and Permanency Outcome 2. None of the 32 States achieved substantial conformity on Permanency Outcome 1 and Well Being Outcome 1. One State achieved substantial conformity on Well Being Outcome 3.

Permanency Outcome 2 5 states met substantial conformity and 27 states did not meet substantial conformity. Well Being Outcome 1 None of the states met substantial conformity and 32 states did not meet substantial conformity. Well Being Outcome 2 7 states met substantial conformity and 25 states did not meet substantial conformity.
