Notes: For all cases reviewed in both 2001 and 2002, reviewers determined that Well Being Outcome 1 was substantially achieved for 62% of the cases, that Well Being Outcome 2 was substantially achieved for 83% of the cases, and that Well Being Outcome 3 was substantially achieved for 71% of the cases.
