Notes: This slide rank orders the seven outcomes for all cases reviewed in both 2001 and 2002, according to the percentage of cases reviewed in which the outcome was substantially achieved. For example, in 86% of the cases reviewed across the two years, reviewers determined that Safety Outcome 1 was substantially achieved in 86% of the cases.
