Notes: Among the States reviewed in 2002, there was a significant relationship between the State achieving substantial conformity on the systemic factor, Case Review System, and achieving substantial conformity on two outcomes, as follows:
Permanency Outcome 1: Among States that achieved substantial conformity on Case Review System, 76% of the cases were also substantially achieved for Permanency Outcome 1. Among States that did not achieve substantial conformity on Case Review System, 57% of the cases were not substantially achieved for Permanency Outcome 1.
Child and Family Well Being Outcome 1: Among States that achieved substantial conformity on Case Review System, 70% of the cases were also substantially achieved for Child and Family Well Being Outcome 1. Among States that did not achieve substantial conformity on Case Review System, 58% of the cases were not substantially achieved for Child and Family Well Being Outcome 1.
