Notes: This slide depicts the ratings for the three indicators used to evaluate the systemic factor, Agency Responsiveness to the Community, as follows:

Collaboration/consultation with other partners: 31 States achieved strength ratings, and one State was rated as area needing improvement.

Developing annual reports of progress on the CFSP: 25 States achieved strength ratings, and 7 States were rated as area needing improvement.

Coordinating services: 27 States achieved strength ratings, and 5 States were rated as area needing improvement.
