SECTION III: THE ABANDONED INFANTS ASSISTANCE ACT (AIAA)
The Keeping Children and Families Safe Act of 2003 also made amendments to
the Abandoned Infants Assistance Act of 1988 [42 U.S.C. 670, Note].
SEC. 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the "Abandoned Infants Assistance Act of 1988."
