Factors Related to Victims Receiving Postinvestigation Services and Foster Care, 2004
This table lists various factors and relates their correlation to later services and foster care. The factor categories are listed in the first column, the odds ratios predicting services is in the second column, the odds ratios predicting in-home services are presented in the third column, and the odds ratios predicting foster care placement are in the last column. Prior victims of maltreatment were 75 percent more likely to be placed in foster care than children who were not prior victims.
