This figure displays the conceptual framework of the CBCAP program. The first column discusses the term inputs and outcomes. The next two columns discuss activities and outputs broken down into two categories—direct and indirect. The next column discusses short-tem and intermediate outcomes, and the final column discusses the long-term outcomes. Long-term outcomes are broken out by safety, permanency, well-being, and continues improvement categories.
