Child Fatality Rates per 100,000 Children, 2003–2007
This table depicts the rate of child fatalities per 100,000 children for the years 2003 through 2007. The first column lists the year; the second column lists the number of States reporting data. The third column lists the population for the States. The next column displays the number of reported fatalities and then the rate of fatalities per 100,000 children. The next column displays the total population for all States regardless of whether a State reported fatalities and the final column displays the nationally estimated number of fatalities.
