Maltreatment Types of Child Fatalities, 2007
This table lists the following types of maltreatments: neglect, psychological maltreatment, physical abuse, multiple maltreatment types, unknown, other, medical neglect, and sexual abuse. The next column displays the number of child fatalities that occurred as a result of the specified type of maltreatment. The third and last column gives a percentage of child fatalities that occurred as a result of each type of maltreatment.
