Victims with Court Action and Court-Appointed Representatives, 2008
The first column lists each State and then the total number of victims in the States that reported victims who had a court action or petition. The next two columns report the number and percentage of victims with a court action or petition. The next three columns list the total number of victims in the States that reported victims who had court-appointed representatives and the number and percentage of victims who had court-appointed representatives.
