Data Sources
This appendix provides information on the data sources for the context data and the child welfare outcomes data. The computer programming logic used to generate the context data and the outcomes measures under the heading “Outcome Programming Logic and Documentation” can be accessed on-line at the Children's Bureau's website, located at http://www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/cb. The documentation at this website also includes a narrative description of the construction of an AFCARS Annual Database.
