Item 1.1: Included in these counts are the recipients of services by the following programs: Maternal/Child Health Block Grant (62 families, 99 children), Community-Based Family Resource and Support Grant (2,039 families, 3,027 children), and the Child Abuse and Neglect State Grant (1,517 families, 1,751 children).

Item 3.3: No follow-up on actual services provided in the 90-day time frame was submitted to the State from the counties.

Item 3.4: Services may have been provided to some of these children at a later date within the 90-day time period.

Item 7.3: The State collects this information from the counties in days, not in hours. The mean response time was 3.4 days, the median response time was 1 day, and the modal time was 0 days, indicating that a report was responded to on the same day.
