Item 3.2: Because Oregon keeps track only of substantiated children, estimates have been made for the number of unsubstantiated children and the total number of children.

Item 4.1: Medical neglect is a subset of Physical Abuse (189) and Neglect or Deprivation of Necessities (248). "Other" includes threat of harm.

Item 4.6: Program staff identified Family Preservation Services to include Intensive Family Services, Intensive Home-Based Services, Parent Training, Homemaker Services, Housekeeper Services, and Sexual Abuse Treatment.

Item 6.1: This number is incident-based.

Item 7.1: This is the number of budgeted FTE’s.

Item 7.2: In the smaller offices, workers have multiple responsibilities, so an overall number cannot be defined.
