Is my adopted child eligible for a scholarship for post-secondary education (college, trade school, etc.)?

Answer:

Scholarships and tuition waivers may be available to youth who were adopted from foster care. Youth adopted as infants or through intercountry adoption may need to access scholarships through more traditional means of foundations, the schools themselves, or other organizations.
