This report to Congress provides an overview of how the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico have targeted their Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act funds and how those choices evolve in response to ongoing assessments of state performance in ensuring the safety, permanency, and well-being of children and families involved in the child welfare system.
