ELECTRONIC APPLICATION Beginning January 1, 2012, ACF requires electronic submission of applications for discretionary grants at www.Grants.gov.  Information on applying electronically is available at www.Grants.gov. Applicants that do not have an Internet connection or sufficient computing capacity to upload large documents (files) to the Internet may contact ACF for an exemption that will allow these applicants to submit an application in paper format. Information on requesting an exemption from electronic application submission will be published in FY2012 discretionary grant funding opportunity announcements.
