This Program Instruction (PI) provides instruction to tribes on the June 30, 2006 submission of the Annual Progress and Services Report (APSR) as required under Title IV-B of the Social Security Act, including the submission of the CFS-101, Parts I and II, Annual Budget Request and Annual Summary of Child and Family Services.
