Arkansas changed the extraction program from a
legacy COBOL application to a new PL/SQL application, which was
used for the report period 2001A. The State had not been extracting
the cases based on the transaction date. As of the 2001A
transmission, State extracts the foster care file on the
transaction date. It appears that the resubmitted 2000B file was
not based on the transaction date. |
