  • All children who are required to be provided the protection of section 422(b)(10) of the Social Security Act (the Act) (Appendix A - SECTION II).

Revise FACTS data entry screens, if necessary, to capture whether the child is returned home while still under the agency's care, placement or supervision.

Modify FACTS to allow the entry of a discharge date, and reason, if the child was returned home for a non-specified period of time that exceeds six-months.

Implement training of workers on the entry of the appropriate information for these children.
