Include in the extracted population those children that remain in the State's care, placement, or supervision while the child has been returned home. If there is no specified period of time, then the State may submit the record showing a discharge due to reunification at six months.

Workers are to record the "placement" of the child in his/her own home as the "current placement setting" (foster care element #41) and not as discharges from care.
