This summary provides cumulative information obtained from State financial reports submitted for the FY 2001 CCDF appropriation (October 1, 2000 - September 30, 2001) showing cumulative expenditures through September 30, 2002. The FY 2001 State reports detail expenditures from each of the CCDF funding streams (Mandatory, Matching, and Discretionary), as well as funds transferred from the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program to CCDF in FY 2001. Included are expenditures for administration, quality activities including Congressionally mandated earmarks, and direct and non-direct services. The financial reports are a cumulative picture of FY 2001 appropriation expenditures to date (October 1, 2000 - September 30, 2002).
