Revised ACF Reporting Requirements

Revised ACF Reporting Requirements (ACYF-IM-CC-97-02, Issued October 27, 1997). This IM provides information about the changes made to the state-level aggregate and case-level CCDF data. There are multiple components to this issuance. A Word version of the Issuance is available. The ACF-800 Form is available as an Excel spreadsheet or as a WORD document.. Instructions for completing the form are available as HTML or as a Word document. A technical bulletin on the data standards for the ACF 800 was also included in the mailing; as well as the ACF 801 case-level form, instructions and Federal Register Announcement.
