of any applicant; and/or |
| |
4. |
anyone serving in an “acting
officer” capacity with an applicant,
such as the Acting Director or any Interim
Board President/Chairperson/Officer |

Persons participating
in the review process will abstain from both
discussion and voting on issues where there
is a potential conflict of interest. |
