Asian American LEAD (AALEAD) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing the opportunities and ability of at-risk, low-income Asian American children to move out of poverty and become successful, self-sufficient adults.

Project Description:
AALEAD will increase capacity by hiring a training consultant to administer a needs assessment and design individual training schedules with the goal of training ten staff members for six training sessions during the year. AALEAD will also host five meetings with community representatives to engage community members in the mission of the organization.
