OCSE Network and CSENet 2000 - Application

Exchange Agreement Process

The Transaction Exchange Agreement process provides states the ability to exchange production and test transactions.

How does the exchange agreement process work?

Enabling Communications

  1. CSENet Point of Contact (POC) in State A contacts POC in State B
  2. The Exchange Agreement Process and How it Works

States agree to exchange LO1, CSI, ENF, and MSC

  3. Both states contact their CSENet 2000 technical representative or call the Service Desk at 1-800-258-2736 and request that communications be enabled in production between States A and B for the specified Function codes.
  4. CSENet enables communications allowing the exchange of the requested Function codes and notifies the two states.
  5. The updates are provided to the IRG server and posted on the IRG Website.

Communications can be established for either the production or test environment. States have the ability to enter into an Exchange Agreement for one to seven Function codes for each state. States have the ability to view the Exchange Agreement data by Function code for each state by accessing the IRG Website.
