Instead of sentences composed of subject, verb, and object, CSENet uses function, action, and reason code to get the message across.

- ENF = Enforcement
- MSC = Managing State Cases
- EST = Establishment
- PAT = Paternity
- COL = Collection

"Actions" are what you want done.
There are 6 different "actions" in CSENet.

You can Request or Provide information, send a reMinder or an Update, Acknowledge receipt of a CSENet message or Cancel the previous request.

- MSC/U = Managing State Cases Update
