Montana's New Online New Hire Reporting System

Employers may now submit new hires electronically via Montana’s online New Hire Reporting System (NHRS). To access the system, go to: https://vhsp.dphhs.state.mt.us/nhrs/. Enter the employer’s business FEIN and follow the instructions.

All new hires entered through this website are loaded into the Montana State Directory of New Hires. This process allows an employer to enter new hire information at their convenience and eliminates the need to mail or fax new hire reports.
