The purpose of this FOP User Guide is to provide state Child Support Enforcement (IV-D) agencies with information on the technical aspects of establishing and maintaining the interface between their statewide automated systems and the FOP. Although the primary audience is the IV-D technical staff, this document provides basic information to assist IV-D administrative, programmatic, and policy staff in understanding the functionality of the FOP.

Version 9.0 of the User Guide includes updates to reflect the system changes implemented in Release 07-01 (June 2007), verbiage changes to reflect the 2006/2007 DRA provisions, as well as minor corrections and enhancements.		   PDF
