D. ICR RECONCILIATION REPORT FORMAT

OCSE will provide all participating states with a print program to generate the ICR Reconciliation Report (IRR). This report formats the reconciliation results, producing a report file in the format displayed on the following page. The version displayed on the following two pages has highlighted examples of Reason Codes 07 and 08 and SSN Verification Indicator response data, which are the most recent additions to the IRR.
