Jun 17, 2008 Office of Child Support Enforcement FY 2005 Annual Report to Congress In FY 2005, the CSE Program continued to demonstrate a firm commitment to the financial and emotional well-being of dependent children through strong enforcement of the financial obligations owed by their noncustodial parents. This commitment included expanded efforts to enforce parental obligations in medical support and in Tribal and international cases.
Jun 11, 2008 Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) for Computerized Tribal IV-D Systems and Office Automation and consultations on the NPRM This proposed rule would enable Tribes and Tribal organizations currently operating a comprehensive Tribal Child Support Enforcement program under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act (the Act) to apply for and receive direct Federal funding for the costs of automated data processing.
