FY 2005 Annual Report to Congress In FY 2005, the CSE Program continued to demonstrate a firm commitment to the financial and emotional well-being of dependent children through strong enforcement of the financial obligations owed by their noncustodial parents. This commitment included expanded efforts to enforce parental obligations in medical support and in Tribal and international cases.

Automation Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM).
OCSE's 18th National Child Support Enforcement Training Conference to be held at the Grand Hyatt Washington in Washington, DC on August 25-27, 2008. The theme for this year's conference is Beyond the Bench: Partnering for Excellence in Child Support through the Courts, Fatherhood, and Employment Initiatives.
OCSE anticipates that the Computerized Tribal IV-D Systems and Office Automation Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) will be published soon. In anticipation of this, consultations have been scheduled.
Federally approved National Medical Support Notice (NMSN) Part A, OMB control number 0970-0222, updated to reflect changes suggested by States experienced in using the previous form and with the new OMB expiration date of March 31, 2011.
Child Support Enforcement (CSE) FY 2007 Preliminary Data Report. This report provides financial and statistical information on the Child Support Enforcement Program for Fiscal Year 2007.
This Information Memorandum conveys the "Compendium of Promising Practices/Good Ideas in Child Support Enforcement - 2007." The Compendium is a Federal source for learning about successful child support programs and organizational practices.
The Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE), in partnership with the Department of Justice Canada, developed an Executive Summary titled Cross-Border Payment Processing Initiatives Between the United States and Canada.
