SUBJECT: Extension of the OCSE-157 Child Support Enforcement Annual Data Report

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has granted the Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) an extension for collecting the information contained in the OCSE-157 Annual Data Report. The OMB control number is 0970-0177.

The OCSE-157 Annual Data Report expired on June 30, 2004. The extension for the use of this form is through December 31, 2005. There were no changes made to the actual form or instructions.
